We are launching a new bespoke 4-week program to help you establish mindfulness in your life.

This new course designed and led by Mick through his new well-being initiative – beanddo, will be a simple step-by-step guide with 8 hours of techniques; practices, science and philosophy to help you get started on accessing your own built-in, natural capacities for wellbeing, health, insight, creativity and happiness.

  • Reduce stress and find your inner calm
  • Know a renewed sense of wellbeing and happiness
  • Build purpose and momentum in your life

Join beanddo for a unique four-week course of sessions that will cover:

  • Why meditate?
  • The art and science of meditation
  • The techniques and tools for practice
  • Using meditation in daily life

Course sessions last for two hours and the course starts:
