The YogaLife Project is dedicated to bringing the joys and benefits of yoga practice to our busy urban lives. Our objectives are simple: To help make the world a better place – and that starts with YOU. You do not have to forge a new life, the one you have now will do just fine. YogaLife Project classes are based on Sivananda teachings which were brought to the west in the 1950’s, developing into the largest yoga movement through teaching centres and Ashrams across the globe. Often described as the ‘Art of Skillful Living’, Yoga is about the removing the obstacles we all have to experiencing our own natural joy and happiness. YogaLife classes are fun, engaging and challenging. Through practice they will help you discover the real you, full of energy, calm, creativity and positivity helping you build your very own ‘YogaLife’ so you can achieve whatever it is you want to do in life. All the classes from Absolute Beginners to more advanced are built around 12 core postures (asanas) and the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar).
